Shipping Policy

We ship glow; fast, safe, and straight from our hands to yours.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.
During launches or sales, processing may take a little longer but we’ll always keep you updated.

Please note: Orders to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and some remote areas may take up to 5–7 business days after dispatch due to regional carrier times.

UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri, with delivery typically within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates
Orders under £60: £3.99 shipping
Orders £60 and over: Free UK shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thebeautygap.co.uk. Include your order number and any relevant photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

International Shipping
