Shipping Policy
We ship glow fast, safe, and straight from our hands to yours. ✨
Processing Time
- In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.
- During launches or sales, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Preorders
- Preorder items are clearly marked on the product page.
- Preorder shipping times vary depending on the product, but details will always be provided before checkout.
- If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the full order will ship together once all items are ready — unless otherwise stated.
- Preorder dates are estimates; we’ll notify you of any changes by email.
Delivery Times
- UK only (for now).
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri Tracked & Signed, with delivery typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on the way.
- Orders to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and remote areas may take 5–7 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under £100: £5.99 Tracked & Signed delivery
- Orders £100 and over: Free Tracked & Signed delivery
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email support@thebeautygap.co.uk with your order number and photos.
- All claims of non-receipt will be verified against courier tracking records before refunds or replacements are issued.
International Shipping
