Refund & Returns Policy
We hope you love your glow, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or body products.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
How to Start a Return
Email returns@thebeautygap.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll take it from there.
