Refund & Returns Policy
We hope you love your glow, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, body products, or perfume oils.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email support@thebeautygap.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll get it sorted quickly.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thebeautygap.co.uk with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Lost Packages
All orders are shipped tracked and signed for.
- Claims of non-receipt will be verified with carrier records before any refund or replacement is issued.
- Refunds will only be processed once the courier investigation is complete.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect on arrival.How to Start a Return
