When will my order arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days via Royal Mail or Evri after dispatch.

Can I return products?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Where do your products come from?
All of our products are sourced from trusted retailers and suppliers in the United States. We only stock 100% authentic cult U.S. skincare and body care brands that are hard to find in the UK.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thebeautygap.co.uk. Include your order number and photos so we can help.
