How Preorders Work

 

• Reserve Your Product: When you place a preorder, your item is guaranteed and set aside for you from our incoming shipment.
• Processing Time: Preorders usually take 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on supplier timelines and international shipping. (We’ll always aim to deliver sooner if possible!)
• Payment: Your payment is taken at checkout to secure your order.
• Updates: You’ll receive email updates at key stages — when your preorder is confirmed, when stock has landed, and when your glow has shipped.

 

Mixed Orders (In Stock + Preorder)

 

• If you order both in-stock and preorder items together, everything will be shipped together once the preorder items arrive.
• Want your in-stock items faster? Place two separate orders so those can ship immediately.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• Preorders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we order based on customer demand.
• If there’s an unexpected delay beyond the stated window, we’ll notify you and offer the option of store credit or a refund.
